Context
Begin by sharing with the group this quote from poet and author Wendell Berry, “I come into the peace of wild things who do not tax their lives with forethought of grief… For a time I rest in the grace of the world, and am free.” Explain that there is much grief, pain and loss in our world. Sometimes it can feel unbearable.
