Subscription Terms
What You Get
Your subscription gives you access to use the teaching resources and support materials provided on Faithelement. You don’t own the materials, but have access to them as long as your subscription is active. Should you cancel your subscription, you will no longer have access to the resources included in the subscription. All Faithelement-produced context is protected by copyright by Faithlab LLC.
External Links & Media
External media is any media (text, video, webpage, audio files, etc.) that is not produced by Faithelement. Some of the Faithelement educational session guides/pages may suggest the viewing of particular videos, audio files, websites or other content that is external to Faithelement. External media is linked only as a suggestion and any such media is subject to the terms of use for that particular external media. Links to external media may break over time, and Faithelement bears no responsibility for the content or reliability of external media. Churches bear responsibility for researching and providing the necessary steps to show media in groups. Tip: Many churches use a CCLI license to legally show media to small groups. Use of the Service
Faithelement resources are guides for personal or small group Bible study and faith development. Subscribers may print our teaching guides and may show or play our Faithelement-produced videos and podcasts in groups for which a subscription is active (Starter plan users can use the starter materials freely).
Premium subscribers may not use a single login for more than one group, although multiple teachers in a single group or class at a church or organization may share a single login.
No Faithelement Premium content may be resold, and only the social media prompts from the Premium content except as needed to support a subscribing group (a subscribing teacher may, for example, send emails or group posts to their group/class with session content).
Changes to Subscriptions
Faithelement subscriptions may change over time. Subscribers will be notified on this website of any adjustments to the content and services provided through a Faithelement subscription.
Canceling a Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time by going to your account page. We do not provide refunds, but you will not see additional charges once you have cancelled your service.
Privacy
Faithelement and Faithlab will not share or sell your personal information with any other organization, and will only use it to share information about Faithelement or Faithlab services.
