Play the NP video and ask:

• How would you feel if your church opened their worship service with a U2 song and why?
• How would this song help people who are feeling overwhelmed?
• Why is it not only okay, but sometimes necessary for us to admit that often we get what we wanted and discover it is not really what we were looking for?
• Why do we as humans make ourselves miserable sometimes?
• In what ways does the fact that we often are our worst enemies affect our relationship with God?
• What keeps people from calling out to God then they’re miserable?
