Introduction

This session finishes our series in the 10th chapter of Mark by looking at verses 46-52. This is a story in which a blind beggar named Bartimaeus comes to Jesus as he and the disciples are leaving Jericho. Bartimaeus could not see with his eyes, but could see with his heart who Jesus was and what he, as a follower of Jesus needed. Where are we “blind”? What do we deeply need?
