Before the Session
- Review today’s scripture text and the session activities to help better facilitate the discussion.
- Have the Bible Background Video ready to view.
- Materials needed: 3 large posters labeled: “Things I Need/Want,” “Things I have to share,” and “Ways we can free ourselves (as individuals and as a group) to be more generous with the world in need;” markers, pens, and paper.
- Encourage your group to listen to the Faithelement podcast ahead of the next session (Share the link via email or social media).
- Create a focal point with a collection of pictures of people in need, and a candle.
