Context

Show the group the video of the father teaching his baby to sing, and remind the group: “This trending video claims that “the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.” The baby seems to know exactly how to sing his part and when to come in on his Dad’s song.”  Ask:

• What most stands out to you about this duet and why?
• What skills or habits do you have that seems to carry on a “family tradition?”
• In what ways might you see some of the traditions that were passed to you as a child being passed on to the next generation?
• What family tradition do you most want to see kept and why?
