Before the Session

Facilitator: In advance of the session

• Review today’s scripture text and the session activities to help better facilitate the discussion.
• Have the Bible Background Video ready to view.
• Review the links listed in the Context and Closure sections to familiarize yourself with them.
• Provide a piece of paper and pen to each person, as well as a whiteboard or other display, if available (See Context).
• Encourage your group to listen to the Faithelement podcast ahead of the next session (Share the link via email or social media)

Context

Form at least two teams of no more than five people each, give a piece of paper and pen to each person, and challenge each team to, without use of any external resources, list as many world capitals as they can in 90 seconds. To make things more challenging, you might want to assign a region of the world to each team, leaving out Europe and North America.
