- Encourage your group to listen to the FaithElement podcast ahead of the next session (Share the link via email or social media).
Context
Play Madame Blueberry Trailer (If time, allow someone who has watched the entire video to describe the overall plot). Encourage discussions with questions like:
- How much time do you spend shopping at “Stuff-Mart?”
- Do we use our earthly wealth and possessions decisively for God? Is it hard to remember that we do not own our “stuff” forever? Is money/“stuff” evil? What makes it evil?
- How do we make friends in the eternal home? Caring for the poor and lonely? Hungry? Homeless? Those in need of medical care? Do these things please God?
- How do we use our money to solve our crises and the ones we see around us?
- What masters have you served in addition to God?
