- Encourage your group to listen to the FaithElement podcast ahead of the next session (Share the link via email or social media).

Ahead of the session, think of a story from your past where you had “one job” and failed at it. Perhaps it was doing a task for a parent (hold this while I attach it…), or in the kitchen (slice these…), or with a team of some sort (all I had to do was catch x…).
