Share the “Is This Heaven?” clip and ask:
- Why do you think ‘John’ thought that Iowa was heaven?
- What do you think Kevin Costner realizes as he begins to think about heaven?
- When you think about heaven, what images come to mind and why?
- To what degree does it matter what we think heaven is like?
- What do the images we bring up about what heaven is “supposed” to be say about our faith?
