Context
Start by telling the group: We are coming off two weeks of Olympic games. One of the shocking moments was when Simeon Biles withdrew from competition because of a case of “the twisties” – when a gymnast loses track of where she is doing a routine in the air and could cause harm. She was adamant that this with mental health concerns drove her decision.
